What places are included in your service area?We are based in Palm Harbor and provide subscription services in the folloiwng areas: Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Trinity, Safety Harbor and the Greater Northern Pinellas County. Do I need to provide any products or equipment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do you water or fertilize plants?Our Traditional and Full Service subscription services focus on lawn mowing, edging, and trimming back bushes, shrubs, and small trees (depending on plan). Additional plant-care services may be discussed but we will only take on a job if we feel that we can offer your plants the expertise and care they require.

What are the subscription service terms?Subscription services are an automatic payment taken each month. Each service must be used within 60 days of the charge. Subscription payments for unused services are non-refundable. To cancel your subscription we ask for 14 days notice before your next billing cycle. How often should I have my lawn mowed?Depending on the season grass and shrubs may grow faster or slower. But on average a monthly cycle of lawn care will keep your lawn healthy. Mowing too often may actually damange your grass, and delaying mowing for too long gives weeds opportunity to creep in.

Do I need to make an appointment each month?Once you are set up on an automatic payment we will settle on your preferred time-windows during the month. Unless you have a specific request, our team will provide service within the designated window with requiring any additional scheduling. If you need to update your desired times just send us an email!

We want you to be satisfied with our service and that's why we offer a 100% guarantee. If you do not like the look of your lawn submit your complaint within 24hrs of service. We will do everything we can to make it right, and if we can't your most recent service charge will be eligible for refund. Service issues made more than 24hrs after service are not eligible for additional maintenance or refund.
